Now, I don’t know much about energy, but I thought I’d use this opportunity to talk about conserving another invaluable resource – water. Use a Car Wash Did you know that washing your car at home can use an average of 100 gallons of water? You read that right - 100 gallons! In addition to water waste, a lot of the soaps people use at home are toxic to the environment. By using a local carwash instead, not only will you be saving yourself the time and hassle, but you will also be helping conserve water and preventing hazardous chemicals from leaking into the ocean.
